My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were very nice and clean, offering beautiful views, making my stay comfortable. The service was wonderful, with attentive and friendly staff, especially Misty. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Hot Springs, being conveniently close to Bathhouse Row, the tourist shopping area, and the Gangster Museum. The dining experience was really excellent, although I wished for a bit more variety in the menu. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.
The hotel offers fantastic views of the beautiful fall colors from the nicely remodeled rooms, but there were a couple of occasions where room cleaning was skipped, which was annoying. On the upside, the service was exceptional with friendly staff, although the noise from the ice machine and fans on the roof was disruptive. The location is perfect for exploring downtown, convenient for events at the Convention center, but noise can be an issue. The dining experience had good choices with a variety of options, but not up to the standards of other chain hotels. Overall, a mixed experience with standout views and service, but noise concerns detract from the stay.
